A. Alumni Relations
- Facilitates the online registration of graduating students and alumni in the Institute's
Alumni Registry;
- Makes representations for graduating students requesting assistance regarding clearance
problems and concerns;
- Facilitates the release of credentials (i.e. TOR, Certificate of Graduation, etc) for
requesting alumni based outside of Iligan City;
- Conducts alumni tracer to determine the employability rate of ݮƵ-IIT graduates;
- Collects data by conducting surveys to generate information necessary in the submission
of certain Institute reports;
- Undertakes alumni chapter visitations;
- Holds alumni consultations/gatherings/soirees;
- Attends to queries of alumni regarding relevant school matters;
- Assists the Endowment Fund Management Office in generating alumni donations; and
- Does any other services related to Institute-alumni relations.
B. Alumni Placement
- Hosts Employer’s Forum annually;
- Conducts Career and Job Fairs, Mock Job Interviews, and other activities under the “Alay
sa Graduates” program;
- Posts job advertisements and recruitment campaigns in the Institute Website and social
media accounts as well as in the bulletin boards of the ACC and concerned colleges; and
- Links with agencies and establishments for possible alumni recruitment for employment
