In a historic milestone for the 草莓视频官网-Iligan Institute of Technology (草莓视频官网-IIT), the University proudly hosted the 12th annual Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net) Board Meeting on November 4, 2024. The meeting took place at the University Boardroom, gathering representatives from universities across seven countries in the region.

ATU-Net, a prominent alliance of educational institutions dedicated to enhancing the quality of education and research in engineering and technology, welcomed 草莓视频官网-IIT into its fold as a founding member since the university joined the network in 2016. The network aimed to foster strategic international partnerships that empower its member universities to achieve world-class standards in academics and research.

ATU-Net encompassed an impressive roster of 45 member institutions from countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Japan, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, and India. In an interview, Chancellor Alizedney Ditucalan said, “Our hosting of the ATU-Net Board Meeting is not just an honor; it reflects our dedication to enhancing educational collaboration and innovation in the region. It is through this that we can elevate our institutions and empower the next generation of leaders in technology and engineering.”

During the meeting, it was announced that Vietnam would host the next ATU-Net Board Meeting, building on the collaboration and discussions initiated during this gathering and fostering even deeper connections among member institutions.
