Overview

The college was initially established in 2004 as an extension unit of the College of Health Sciences at the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Marawi Campus. Then, in November 2009, upon the recommendation of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and to comply with all requirements and conditions for establishing a College of Nursing as per BOR Resolution No. 46, S. 2005, the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø-IIT College of Nursing was founded as a distinct entity from ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Marawi's College of Health Sciences. Subsequently, in accordance with BOR Resolution No. 505, s. 2022, the college was renamed the College of Health Sciences.

As the newest addition to ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø-IIT, the College of Health Sciences has consistently excelled in the national Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE), consistently ranking among the top nursing schools in the country. Offering a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, the college boasts highly skilled and dedicated faculty members, complemented by state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. These resources ensure that our students receive a high-quality education and are prepared with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to succeed in the competitive field of nursing on a global scale.
