Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree graduate 
• Developed a hybrid communication protocol based on the design schematic and identified components. In terms of GUI development and communication of the buoy, and the central station
• Assists during the testing and evaluation of the system
• Helps on the documentation of the project
• Performs other functions as may be required by the project leader
• Assist the development officer in doing administrative work
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Hard-working, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
