Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
• Has one (1) year of relevant experience
• Has an eight (8) hours relevant training
• Must have good oral and written communication skills;
• Must be efficient in time management;
• Must be detail-oriented, result-driven, flexible and can work under time pressure and with minimal supervision;
• With knowledge in computer office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint);
• Must satisfy core competency requirements as follows:

  - Solving problems and making decision

Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Leader in the implementation of the Program;
• Receive and process the documents of the applicants to the scholarship;
• Prepare communications and other pertinent papers;
• Promote the program through the posting of flyers and distribution of scholarship brochures and other promotional collaterals;
• Prepare and submit program-related reports to the DOST-SEI;
• Act as a liaison officer within the University’s offices, external clients, and DOST-SEI;
• Perform other duties that may be relevant to the implementation of the program.
