Project Title: TRACKER: Real-Time Tracking of Moving Objects with Enhanced Signal and Customized User Interface through Broadcasting Global Positioning Systems Data

Duration: 6 months Project-based Contract (Job Order Employment Status)

Salary: Php 66,959.00/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or related course, radar, or telecommunications, with at least experience in antenna simulation software tool
  • Experience designing, fabricating and testing antennas, electronically antennas
  • Familiarity with performance characteristics of passive & active RF components including amps, oscillators, attenuators, mixers, filters
  • Expert at using EM commercial solvers such as HFSS, ADS, and NI AWR
  • Hands-on experience carrying experiments using RF test & measurement equipment such as vector network analyzer (VNA), signal and spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Excellent programming skills, especially in C++, and any scripting languages
  • Successful candidate should be highly motivated and be capable of taking an idea from the analysis stage all the way to testing.

Your Role:

  • Be a core member of  hardware  team for trucking device designing & developing antennas for trucking system
  • Work closely with the RF and System team to map customers’ requirements to antenna specifications
  • Proficiency is using HFSS EM simulation tools including active and passive components integration with the antenna
  • Perform other duties as necessary for completion of projects and achievement of goals
  • Ability to take an antenna project from the design concept phase to prototyping, testing, optimization, and system-level integration.

Field of Knowledge:

  • Clear understanding of system specifications and capable of translating requirements into a system design with simulation models
  • Clear understanding of noise, matching, linearity, and other device characteristics
  •  Familiar with mix signal mode verification methodology
