October 10-22 (on or before date) - FINAL Defense
October 22 - last day of final defense
October 28 (on or before date) - Submission of final defense revisions of paper/system and approval of the adviser and panel members signed Approval Sheet submission of paper and/or system in PDF formate/executable files (3 CDs with casing)
Please be advised that no colloquium presentation means no final defense.
